Our Services
Transparent Health DPC is a full service family practice clinic that offers preventive healthcare, chronic disease management, and treatment of acute care needs. We do not accept insurance. This allows us to focus entirely on your individual needs and health optimization. A simple monthly membership covers all visits without additional copays or office fees. This simplified process allows us to offer competitive pricing and improved health outcomes, driving healthcare costs down.
Services include:
*Annual wellness physicals *Well baby/ well child *DOT physicals
*Chronic disease management, including: diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid conditions, depression, obesity, and many more
*New prescriptions and prescription refills *Well woman/ well man physicals *Sports physicals *Nutrition and diet counseling
*Urgent and sick visits *Rapid strep and flu tests *Urinalysis *In office lab draws
*Minor procedures, including: skin lesion removal, sutures, nebulizer treatments
Prices
Monthly Membership
$125 per individual, charged on a recurring monthly basis. There is no contract, and your membership can be cancelled at any time.
LARGE FAMILY DISCOUNT- with parents’ enrollment, only pay a membership for the first 2 dependent children. Each additional child is free.
$100 one-time enrollment fee. No enrollment fee for dependent children of members.
ENROLLMENT FEE WAIVED FOR EARLY SIGN UP! EFFECTIVE THROUGH OCTOBER 10, 2025.
