  • Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership-based healthcare plan. You get more time with your doctor, direct access through text and email, and increased value of your healthcare.

    By contracting directly with patients, doctors and providers can focus on your health. A low monthly fee covers all of your primary care needs.

  • YES! Many people are able to get Health Savings Accounts through their employer sponsored health benefits.

  • With your membership you will more access to your provider, same or next day visits, telehealth options, and extended appointment times. Upon enrollment, you receive a member’s-only phone number to reach your provider when you most need it.

    “Point of care testing” such as tests for strep throat, flu (influenza), and UA (urinalysis) are included in the membership. Nebulizer treatment, cryotherapy, wound care, laceration repair/sutures are included in the single monthly membership.

    You will also receive access to personalized peptide therapy (tailored specifically to you, cost will be calculated prior to ordering) and heavily discounted prices on labs, imaging, and some medications.

    As a primary care practice, we can provide the majority of the health care you require.

  • You receive a member’s-only phone number that you can call or text (preferred) when needed.

    Because DPC is focused on relationship and reduced waste, Transparent Health DPC does not have a large staff. Text messages and email are the preferred first contact.

  • Yes! Many concerns can be diagnosed and treated through conversation alone. Having direct access to your provider without always requiring a face-to-face appointment increases the value of care and saves you time.

  • No, this was created to keep your costs down and your health the priority- not what will be reimbursed.

    Services outside of the membership (i.e. pharmacy costs, imaging, specialty care, etc) can still be billed to your insurance.

    Direct primary care is designed to increase the value of your care while keeping costs down. Whether you have health insurance or not, you will get better care, better access, and better prices.

  • You will receive as much as 90% discounted rate on lab work. Members can also take advantage of cash-pay prices at local imaging centers or you can provide your insurance information to be billed by the imaging company.

  • You can still enroll in DPC! Medicare will not reimburse the cost of your membership but can be utilized for medications, labs, and other services outside of the membership.

  • Members of any age can enroll in DPC and receive excellent care. We treat pediatrics, adolescents, geriatrics, and everyone in between.

    At this time, we do not perform any obstetrics services.

  • Please contact the office or schedule an appointment online. Appointment times are reserved to allow for same day or next day visits. This ensures you see YOUR provider when you need them most.

  • Your membership will allow for unlimited appointments. There is no cap on how often you can schedule an office visit.

  • Transparent Health DPC is located in Casper, Wyoming but can service far beyond Natrona County, treating the entire state of Wyoming.

  • Eliminating insurance barriers allows us to spend more time on health optimization, disease prevention, and alternative treatments. A prescription is not always the answer, conversations regarding supplements, peptides, exercise, and other lifestyle changes are important.

  • Members are given a private number and can reach out to their provider outside of operating hours. When appropriate, appointments can be made outside of typical operating hours.

    Members can reach out and we will attempt to accommodate when possible.

  • YES! Transparent Health DPC is currently accepting a limited number of members.
